Shoofti began as university research that was commercialized in a joint project of NazarbayevUniversity and Hobyatek, LLC.  Numerous versions and features were developed and tested over the past 5 years, but the current version has been built from scratch for robustness and scalability using Google’s Flutter framework and Google Cloud Platform.
